Trunks arrive 5-7 days from date of purchase. Thereafter, monthly subscriptions and memberships will ship out by the 15 – 20th of the month. Boxes start at around $49, and rise up to $169 – but the boxes are far from small, and far from low cost – these boxes are artisan, handcrafted and designed to impress! A perfect gift for the holidays, or any occasion.

Taste Trunk Customer Service is Inadequate

I ordered a custom box from Taste Trunk for my son’s birthday. It was ordered a month ahead of time with an early delivery date so that even if it was delivered 2 days later than requested on the order form, it would still arrive in time for my son’s birthday.

When I didn’t receive an email with a tracking number the week of my son’s birthday, I contacted Taste Trunk by email. They seem to avoid customer complaints by not offering a phone number for customer service. Although I did receive a response from Taste Trunk, they did not address all of my concerns and follow up emails have not been answered! AND….my son still hasn’t received his gift!

This will be my last purchase from Taste Trunk!
